These Terms are a binding agreement between you and The Homeworks (operated by Titilola Ajayi-Jones) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Kingdom Home Blueprint (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides a 90-day guided devotional experience, personal reflection prompts, and an AI-shaped personal "Blueprint" for Christian women. You must be of legal age in your country of residence to purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to: (a) use it unlawfully, (b) commit fraud or send spam, (c) infringe intellectual property, (d) interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping), or (e) share your account access with others.
We retain all right, title and interest in the Service, including software, content, teachings, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of the reflections and content you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and (where you use the AI Blueprint feature) submit that content to our AI provider solely to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain your data as described in our Privacy Notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Service is offered for spiritual reflection and personal growth. It is not a substitute for pastoral, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
The AI Blueprint uses third-party generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use them, for verifying their accuracy, and for having the rights to any content you input. Do not submit prohibited content (illegal material, hate speech, deepfakes, malware, or attempts to jailbreak the model). We may remove, restrict, or refuse outputs at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
